Case Study - Beccles Road, Thurlton

We were approached by a local family to help design increased living and kitchen space to meet the demands of their growing family. Our initial thoughts were to maximise the lovely views over the rear garden and fields beyond whilst linking the ground floor rooms together, as we felt they just didn't flow together very well. With these parameters in place the solution we came up with was very straightforward infill extension. We were able to achieve a striking yet relatively cost effective extension, exceeding the families expectations. This 30m2 addition has totally transformed the house and definitely gives the wow factor to everyone who visits.
